"A sketch for Hero Initiative. The Doctor Fate figure was done at Baltimore Comic-Con (probably at the Hero Initiative table). This year, the owner asked if I'd consider drawing a Khalis (the villainous mummy from the First Issue Special written by Martin Pasko) as an addition for some extra bucks for HI. I was recovering from being a little under the weather just before the con, so I brought the piece home to finish it here. Now all I have to do is figure out how to get the drawing back to the owner!"
